Do I Have To Be 55+ To Live In Parks ?

Most times you need to be 55 years of age to live in park, but there are laws allowing people to live in 55+ communities if they are 45+ years of age. Contact me and I will let you know which communities allow 45+ in park. Most parks are very strict about children or young adults living in parks. You would need an "all age" park for that.

What Do I Need For Us To Sell Your Home ?

We will need to sit down and draw up a listing agreement on price of home and what is included in sale.
