What this park offers is a small quiet piece of paradise centrally located and close to the water. The Palm Paradise community does not have a pool and many amenities, but it has a shockingly low montly lot rent of $460 + $24 sewer fee that goes up minimally yearly. The owner of this amazing park has begun to rebuild and renovate older homes into splendid homes that will knock your socks off.

Another great park with a bit more amenities is River Grove which is located further north in Micco, Florida. River Grove I & River Grove II are also privately owned parks close to the river or on the river which River Grove 1 is. This community has two wonderful pools and a clean park like setting. What really attracts people to this nice community is again the low lot rent fees offered. River Grove I has a lot rent of $500 per month while River Grove II lot rent is $495. Like most of the privately owned mobile home parks in the area the lot rents go up lock step with Social Security increases or even lower. So, this makes someone wanting to participate in the tropical lifestyle on a fixed income possible.

Another fantastic community is Pelican Bay that is also located in Micco, FL is directly across the street from the Indian River Lagoon with amazing views and close proximity to everything. Pelican Bay lot rents start in the upper $500 range with a good amount of amenities and a brand new clubhouse.

One of our favorite low lot fee communities in Sebastian, FL is Beach Cove which is nestled in a secluded quiet location. The lot fees in this park are in the lower $500's and is a hidden gem that is 100% owner occupied.
