        How We Use Your Information

        • To Provide Services: Your voice and text inputs are sent to OpenAI's AI services (including the Realtime API for voice conversations and image generation capabilities) to power your English learning experience. These inputs are processed in real-time and are not stored by us after your session ends.

        • To Verify Membership: Email addresses are used to verify Founding Member status and manage our waitlist.

        • To Improve the App: Anonymized usage data helps us understand how to make the app better for all users.

        • To Communicate: We may use your email to send important updates about your membership or the app (we will not send marketing emails without your consent).

        Information Sharing and Disclosure

        • OpenAI: We use OpenAI's APIs to process your voice and text inputs. OpenAI may process this data according to their privacy policy, available at openai.com/privacy.

        • Google Cloud: Email addresses for our membership program are stored securely using Google services, subject to Google's privacy policy.

        • Apple: Subscription and payment information is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and is subject to Apple's privacy policy.

        • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

        We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
