We are one of Ota Ward's international exchange volunteer groups, which hold Japanese language classes for children, public school learning support for public elementary and junior high school students, and cultural exchange events for Japanese people and people with connections to countries or regions outside of Japan. Our activities aim to deepen mutual cultural understanding among participants through interaction. We also aim to make it easier for such children to participate in the local Japanese societies and communities.
The name of our group, iki-iki (いきいき), reflects our desire to play a part in helping participants live vibrant lives in their own way.
저희는, 일본 이외의 나라·지역으로 연결되는 어린이를 위한 일본어 교실·학습 지원이나 문화 교류 이벤트를 실시하는 대전구 국제 교류 자원봉사 단체의 하나입니다. 참가자끼리 교류를 통해 서로 문화 이해를 깊게 하는 것을 목적으로 활동합니다. 또, 일본 이외의 나라·지역으로 이어지는 아이가 일본의 지역사회에 참가하기 쉬워지는 것도 목적으로 하고 있습니다.
참가자가 자신답게 '이키이키(いきいきと)' 생활하기 위한 도움이 되고 싶다는 생각을 단체 명칭에 넣었습니다.
