Information on Poster and Oral Presentation 

 Poster Presentation 

1. The posters are recommended to be printed in portrait format with the following dimensions Height : 42 inches and Width 36 inches including at least 1 inch of margin on all sides. 

2. The name of the presenting author is recommended to have a bold font style. 

3. Materials for attaching the posters will be arranged at the venue

 Oral Presentation

Oral presentations are strictly recommended to have a limit of 8 minutes which will be followed by a question and answer session of 2 minutes for each presentation.

Registration form

Please submit registration to the conference by filling up the registration form at the link. The abstract may be submitted online while submitting the Registration form. 

Accommodation

Accommodation will be arranged on an additional payment basis inside the Tezpur University campus. Kindly submit your interest while filling out the registration form. Any other enquiry regarding accommodation will be entertained via email at chemsciencestu@gmail.com

Travel support

All invited speakers and registered participants will be provided local transport from the conference side. 

We shall reimburse 3 tier AC train fare by shortest route to Guwahati for limited Outstation registered participants. Contact us for more details.
