Organize an MCAA hang-out

You may organize an MCAA hang-out when:

• there are at least 3 MCAA members in the meeting (so that it's not a date!)
• you are from at least 2 different research groups (so that it's not a group meeting!)
• you advertise the meeting in advance by creating an event at the MCAA website (so that it's not a private event!). To advertise you need to go to the Polish Chapter subpage, an create an event in the 'Events' tab.

When all the above conditions are met MCAA members in the meeting get MCAA-sponsored drinks (up to 5-ish euro/MCAA memebr). To get reimbursed you need to submit your receipt using the MCAA reimbursement form and send a photo and a 3-sentence report to the Polish Chapter Chair for reporting.

Do outreach / Be an ambassador

Spread the word about the importance of quality research and how Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions facilitate doing great research. You can take MCAA promotional materials (please ask us to get some) and/or one of our MCAA roll-ups (located in Gdańsk and Warsaw) to an outreach event. You don't need to go to events specifically because of MCAA -- you may do MCAA outreach at events you'd have attended anyway.
