Pea Studio Modpack License & Fan Use Guide 📑

This modpack is released exclusively on the official Pea Studio website.

Purpose: to control download links and ensure fans do not download from unauthorized sources.

Pea Studio content (code, launcher, artwork, custom configs) is protected by copyright.

Third-party mods are collected from the Minecraft community purely for convenience, with some configuration adjustments applied. Since Pea Studio is a very small team and cannot create new mods or resources from scratch, we rely on community-made mods to build the modpack. Pea Studio does not claim ownership of these mods.

Any use of Pea Studio’s GPL-configured files may be remade by fans, but the license must be retained and the source code published.

No, all third-party mods are created by the Minecraft community.

Pea Studio only collects them for convenience, customizes the Fancy Menu, and adjusts configurations.

Fans who use these mods in their own projects must clearly credit the original mod authors (or show the original mod files) and comply with the mod’s original license (MIT, GPL, CC0, etc.).

Fans may create reviews, reactions, or fan art, but must credit Pea Studio and avoid commercial use.

The web design, layout, CSS, HTML, and graphics are owned by Pea Studio.

Fans may draw inspiration but cannot copy the website directly.

Fancy Menu is a third-party mod; Pea Studio does not own the original mod.

Any custom layouts, artwork, or textures created by Pea Studio are owned by Pea Studio.

Fans must follow Fancy Menu’s license (usually MIT / GPL).

“Pea Studio” and the series “Minecraft 2: Biohazard” are Pea Studio trademarks.

Fans cannot claim the brand or use it commercially.

Fans may create remixes or fan packs, but must clearly label as “Remix by Pea Studio” or “Inspired by Pea Studio”.

Fans cannot sell the modpack, artwork, launcher, or any Pea Studio content without permission.

This includes platforms like Patreon, itch.io, Google Drive, Mediafire, or YouTube monetization.

GPL code / config / scripts: remixers must retain GPL and publish their source code.

Artwork, menu, trailer (CC-BY-NC-ND): remixers cannot modify or release commercially, and must credit Pea Studio.

Minecraft is owned by Mojang / Microsoft.

Pea Studio does not own Minecraft; the modpack is an add-on only.

Fans cannot reupload Minecraft itself and must own a legitimate copy to play the modpack.
