[Internetapps] we operate the MBSBizPro mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Introduction

MBSBizPro is a closed loop application for B2B franchise networks. A business owner needs to sign a contract for MBSBizPro onboarding and share a list of authorized franchises. This inventory management application is designed for pre-registered franchises affiliated with authorized organizations. This app is not intended for the general public.

2. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Types of Data Collected

Authentication Data: To access the app, you must provide a Login Code, Email Address, Phone Number, FranchiseCode and Access Code. This information is pre-registered in our database by your Admin. We use this data to verify your identity and grant access to your specific tenant environment.

Device Identifiers (UUID): 

Upon installation and login, we generate and collect a Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) from your device. This is used strictly to enforce our "Single Device Login" security policy and prevent unauthorized account sharing.

Inventory Data: 

Any data entered regarding inventory, stock levels, or products is stored securely to provide the core functionality of the Service.

3. Payment Disclosure

No In-App Purchases: This app does not contain any payment gateways, links to payment sites, or in-app purchases.

External Licensing: 

Financial transactions for license activation occur externally between the User and their respective Admin/Owner and Owner manages franchise access permissions.

Access Control: If a license is not activated or has expired, the Service will restrict access and prompt the user to contact their Admin for activation.

4. Use of Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

1. To provide and maintain the Service.

2. To notify you about changes to our Service.

3. To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service.

4. To provide customer support.

5. To monitor the usage of the Service and enforce security (Single Device Login).

5. Service Providers (Third Parties)

We use Google Firebase to facilitate our Service, provide the database infrastructure, and handle authentication. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

6. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use Firebase's secure environment to protect your information. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services to your Organization. If you wish to request the deletion of your data, please contact your Admin or reach out to us at the contact information below.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
