In addition to my PhD and research experience, I have 2+ years experience working in policy, including as an external expert and as a full-time Policy Analyst, across three international organisations. Areas of expertise include regional economic development, economic policy, innovation and multi-level governance. This has involved working directly with a wide range of stakeholders, including sub-national and national governments.
External expert work
⚪ I contributed to the OECD's Rethinking Regional Attractiveness project with two case studies - including conducting desk research, participating in the fact-finding missions, analysing data, drafting the case studies and developing policy recommendations, as well as launching the reports in each region:

⚪ I contributed to the Asian Development Bank's The Greater Mekong Subregion Innovation Strategy for Development 2030, working as an innovation analyst alongside other external experts, developing the conceptual framework and analytical work on innovation and economic complexity.
