Refund Policy

Mazi Tech provides refunds only where services have not yet commenced or where a failure to deliver services is directly attributable to us. Once a service has been initiated or completed, refunds are generally not applicable. Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after work has commenced may attract partial charges based on work already completed. Monthly support services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

Terms of Service

By engaging Mazi Tech, clients agree to provide accurate information and necessary access required to deliver services. Mazi Tech will perform services professionally and in good faith. We are not liable for issues arising from third‑party systems, hardware failure, or misuse of provided solutions.

Privacy Policy

Mazi Tech respects client privacy and is committed to protecting personal and business data. Any information collected is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes and is not shared with third parties except where legally required.
