Terms of Use (In-App Purchases & Subscriptions)

Welcome to SOFTAXES TECHNOLOGY ( PRIVATE ) LIMITED . These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the app and all related in-app purchases and subscription services. By using the app or completing any purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. In-App Purchases
The app may offer optional paid features, premium tools, or consumable items through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
All purchases are charged to your Apple ID account.
Purchases are non-transferable and cannot be shared or refunded once delivered.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Subscriptions
The app may offer recurring subscription plans that provide access to premium content or features.
2.1 Subscription Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
The renewal cost will be charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the subscription expires.
2.2 Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period.
2.3 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased.
You may only use a trial once per Apple ID (as per Apple’s rules).
3. Refund Policy
All payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple.
Refunds must be requested directly from Apple via:
Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History
We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
4. Use of the Service
By purchasing or subscribing, you agree that:
You will use the service for personal, lawful purposes only.
You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
Access to premium features is conditional on maintaining an active subscription.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and device.
We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases caused by misuse of your device or account.
6. Changes to Pricing or Features
We may modify or update subscription plans, features, or pricing at any time.
Existing subscribers will be notified of changes where required by law or Apple policies.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.
Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.
8. Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available inside the app and on our website.
We do not store or have access to your payment information; all transactions are handled securely by Apple.
