"Hako Meiro VR 2" (the "App") is developed as a privacy-first experience. We believe that your private data should remain private.
We don't store your data, period. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, location data, or usage statistics to our servers.
The App may request access to certain device features (such as Spatial Data/Mixed Reality features) required for gameplay. This data is processed locally on your Meta Quest device and is never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties by the developer.
Since the App is distributed through the Meta Store, Meta may collect certain information as governed by their own privacy policy. We do not have access to the personal information Meta collects for payment processing or platform analytics.
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we do not collect any data from any users, we are fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
