To be an effective educator, is to be a learner yourself. A great philosopher once quoted that " A teacher should be books away from their students". Learning and education is a life long process, in order for a teacher to cater the dynamic standards and needs of the students, he or she must be prepared on such circumstances.
Professional Learning is a domain wherein it implies how the teacher should always seek for new learning and have innovation on the new technology.
In this video we are introduced to the concept of Professional Development or can also be known as Professional Learning. It is important to know the significance as to why we as a to-be teachers should look forward and plan ahead in what to do after gaining our degree, are we to settle with just degree or to continuously give room for improvements, advancements and overall professional development.
