Dear Mayfair Estates Homeowners,

We’re excited to share some great news on behalf of the Mayfair Estates Board of Directors, your community will now be partnered with Neighborhood Management, Inc. as your new management company, beginning March 1, 2026.

Neighborhood has proudly managed communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area for over 20 years, and we’re thrilled to bring that same experience and dedication to your neighborhood.

As your management team, our role is to help support the day-to-day operations of the association, manage finances, stay on top of local and national laws, and respond to any neighborhood concerns or emergencies. Most importantly, we work directly with your elected Board of Directors to help keep the community running smoothly and in line with established policies and procedures.

When we officially begin, homeowners with an email address on file will receive an invitation to register on your new community portal. If you don’t receive that email, just give us a call or send an email after March 1, and we’ll be happy to assist. The portal gives you easy access to online payments and helpful community information.

If you’re currently using ACH or Auto Bill Pay, don’t forget to cancel those and re-enroll using the instructions included in this welcome packet. Assessment statements will be mailed once the incoming financials have been verified with the Neighborhood Management accounting team. This process may take a few months. For those owners who are ready and desiring to pay, we encourage you to submit your 2026 assessment of $895.00. Instructions for making your payment are included in the following pages. To ease the transition, we won’t assess any late fees during the first 60 days of management while we’re receiving balance information from the previous provider.
