1. Summary
Brabet does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data. The game runs entirely on your device. It has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs and no server of its own. The app does not request the INTERNET permission, so it cannot send anything anywhere.

3. Information we do not collect
We do not collect any of the following:
Name, email address, phone number or postal address
Account credentials — the app has no sign-in of any kind
Device identifiers, advertising ID, IP address or MAC address
Location data, whether precise or approximate
Contacts, calendar, photos, camera, microphone or files
Usage analytics, crash telemetry, session recordings or heat maps
Payment or financial information — the app contains no purchases
Because none of this is collected, none of it is stored, shared, sold or disclosed to anyone, including law enforcement, since we simply hold nothing to disclose.
4. Information stored on your device
The app keeps a small amount of gameplay state so the game behaves sensibly while you play: your virtual coin balance, your selected bet, and your settings such as turbo mode and sound switches. This data lives only in the app's private storage on your own device, is never transmitted, and is not readable by us or by any other app. Uninstalling Brabet deletes it permanently.
5. Permissions

No other permission is requested. In particular the app does not declare the INTERNET permission, so it has no network access at all.
6. Third parties
Brabet contains no third-party code that processes data: no advertising networks, no analytics or attribution SDKs, no crash reporting services, no social network integrations and no cloud save. The only third party involved in your use of the app is the app store you downloaded it from, which operates under its own privacy policy that we do not control (for Google Play, see the Google Privacy Policy).
7. Virtual currency and the nature of the game
Brabet is a social casino game played for entertainment only.
All coins, bets, balances and winnings in the game are virtual and have no monetary value whatsoever.
The app offers no real-money gambling, no wagering, no deposits, no withdrawals and no in-app purchases.
Virtual coins cannot be bought, sold, cashed out or exchanged for money, goods, services or anything of value inside or outside the app.
Success in this game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
8. Children
Brabet is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us at goluba318@gmail.com — although, as explained above, the app has no means of sending us any information.
9. Your rights
Privacy laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) give you rights to access, correct, delete, port and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. These rights apply to personal data a company holds about you. Since Brabet collects no personal data and we hold no records about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or erase. Any gameplay data on your device can be erased by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
10. Data security and retention
All gameplay data stays inside the app's private, sandboxed storage area on your device and is protected by the security model of your operating system. We do not operate servers for this app and therefore retain no data about you for any period.
11. International transfers
No data leaves your device, so no international transfer of personal data takes place.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information — for example if a future version adds a feature that requires network access — we will update this page and change the "last updated" date below. Material changes will also be reflected in the app's store listing. Please review this page from time to time.
