Essential services certificate
Although Maya Manor is a registered essential services supplier as per the attached CIPC certificate, we as a business has some of our own more restrictive terms and conditions in place to ensure the safety of our employees and guests.
Stringent disinfecting protocols will be followed before guests are checked in and once they check out.
Guests MUST supply us with an essential services certificate ON REQUEST OF BOOKING AND before they can check in as well as authority to travel (TRAVEL PERMIT).
We also increased our minimum stay criteria to limit the amount of guest we accommodate over the next few weeks.
Guests will be required to complete a questionnaire and have their temperature taken and recorded on arrival at Maya Manor.
With a normal temperature, and no symptoms, guest will have to sanitise their hands before they can proceed with check in. Should quests have an above normal temperature or display any symptoms, they will be referred to the nearest medical facility.
Our staff has been supplied with hand sanitisers and there will be hand sanitisers available in each of our units.
Personal hygiene is again reiterated and guests are encourage to wash their hands frequently and thoroughly.
In addition to regular cleaning the Maya Manor premises and surfaces are disinfected before and after guests checks in and out.
The NICD hotline is available to staff and guests, should anyone feel sick they are encouraged to contact them ASAP on 0800 029 999
Kind regards
