HOW

Participants are asked to engage in the meditation while in a safe, quiet place. Refrain from driving, or operating heavy equipment during the meditation.

Close your eyes. You are now connecting with the collective intention.

  • Slowly inhale through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth until you feel relaxed and peaceful

  • Feel the power of your intention unite with others around the world

  • Recognize the significance of life in all things

  • Visualize the Coronavirus cell

  • Imagine a white light entering and encircling the cell

  • Feel the energy of the united intention as it dissolves the cell

  • See the cell dissolving into nothing, until only the white light remains

  • Take a few slow breaths and feel infinite appreciation and love

  • Open your eyes as you emerge from the meditation
