HOW
Participants are asked to engage in the meditation while in a safe, quiet place. Refrain from driving, or operating heavy equipment during the meditation.

Close your eyes. You are now connecting with the collective intention.
Slowly inhale through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth until you feel relaxed and peaceful
Feel the power of your intention unite with others around the world
Recognize the significance of life in all things
Visualize the Coronavirus cell
Imagine a white light entering and encircling the cell
Feel the energy of the united intention as it dissolves the cell
See the cell dissolving into nothing, until only the white light remains
Take a few slow breaths and feel infinite appreciation and love
Open your eyes as you emerge from the meditation
Your meditation is complete. Namaste.
