Cabin Café is a free monthly social coffee morning for those living with dementia and their carers. Drop ins welcome. It will take place on Tuesday, April 7th from 10am to 12pm in The Woodford Dolmen Hotel in Carlow Town. Contact Margaret on 087 8380018 for more information.

Wild Walls in Tullow Youth Project starts Friday, May 1st from 2:30pm to 4pm and runs for 6 weeks in the Bishops House, Tullow. Take part in creating a mural in collaboration with Develop Tullow Association and Tidy Towns. Suitable for 12 to 17 year olds. €2 per session.
The Be Kind Pop Up takes place on Wednesday, 6th and Thursday 7th May in The Exchange, Carlow from 10am to 4pm.

Music Generation Carlow Come & Try returns on Saturday 9th May at 11:30am in Carlow Central Library. This time attendees will be given the opportunity to try out the fiddle! If you fancy bowing the bow and seeing if it's something might like to do more often then come along and try. All ages are welcome! Preceded by a performance by Music Generation alumni at 10:45am.
The Tullow Road Community Development Group is having a Car Boot Sale on Saturday, May 16th from 10am to 4pm at the Dolmen Celtic pitch, R93PX92. €1 per person, children are free.
African Day Celebration is taking place on Saturday, 23rd May from 6pm to 9pm in The Exchange, Carlow.

The Listening Space is a welcoming and confidential meeting open to people who access mental health services, their families and supporters to help them improve your mental health service. Meetings are the last Thursday of every month at the Involvement Centre, Carlow (R93DE62). The next meeting will be Thursday, May 28th from 12pm to 1pm.
