MaxxOS is a wellness and lifestyle application designed to help users optimize sleep, nutrition, fitness, focus, habits, and personal performance. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

If you choose to create a MaxxOS account, we collect:

This information is stored locally on your device and is used solely to provide the features of MaxxOS.
If you use the AI Coach, your prompts and the generated AI responses are processed to provide personalized assistance.
Only the information necessary to generate the requested response is transmitted.
MaxxOS does not automatically collect or use:
Advertising identifiers
Analytics data
Device identifiers
Device model information
Operating system information
Crash reports
Diagnostic reports
Usage analytics
Location information
Contacts
SMS messages
Call history
MaxxOS does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, behavioral tracking technologies, Firebase Analytics, or Firebase Crashlytics.
We use your information only to:
Create and manage your account
Maintain your user profile
Verify your MaxxOS PRO subscription status
Generate AI Coach responses
Operate the application's core features
Provide customer support when requested
Health logs, wellness records, progress photos, and other personal data remain stored locally on your device unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.
We never sell your personal information.
MaxxOS follows an offline-first design.
Health logs, wellness records, settings, progress photos, and other application data are stored locally on your device using secure local storage technologies.
Your local data remains on your device unless you delete it, clear the application's data, or uninstall the application.
MaxxOS uses Supabase only for:
User authentication
User profile management
Maintaining your MaxxOS PRO subscription status
Supabase is not used to store or back up your health logs, wellness records, progress photos, or other locally stored application data.
If you choose to use the Progress Vault, the photos you add are stored locally on your device.
These photos are used only for your personal progress tracking.
They are never used for advertising, facial recognition, biometric identification, or shared with third parties.
MaxxOS provides AI-powered features through OpenRouter.
When you interact with the AI Coach:
Your prompt is securely transmitted to OpenRouter.
OpenRouter processes the prompt to generate a response.
The generated response is returned to MaxxOS.
Only the information required to generate the requested AI response is transmitted.
AI-generated responses may not always be accurate and are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.
AI-generated content is not medical advice and should never replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
With your permission, MaxxOS may schedule local notifications, including:
Sleep reminders
Wind-down reminders
Morning sunlight reminders
Caffeine cutoff reminders
Habit reminders
You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
MaxxOS uses the following third-party services:
Supabase — User authentication, user profile management, and PRO subscription status.
RevenueCat — Subscription and entitlement management.
Google Play Billing — Processing subscriptions and in-app purchases.
OpenRouter — AI-powered chat and coaching features.
These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their respective services.
MaxxOS does not use Firebase, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, advertising SDKs, analytics services, or third-party tracking technologies.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Information is shared only:
With the third-party service providers listed above as necessary to provide the application's functionality.
When required by applicable law.
To protect our legal rights or prevent fraud.
Your account information is retained while your account remains active.
Health logs, wellness records, progress photos, settings, and other application data remain stored locally on your device until you delete them, clear the application's data, or uninstall the application.
If you delete your MaxxOS account, your account profile and associated PRO subscription status stored in Supabase will be permanently removed within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
You may delete your MaxxOS account at any time from within the application.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
Your account profile
Authentication information
PRO subscription status associated with your account
Locally stored health logs, wellness records, progress photos, settings, and other application data remain on your device until you clear the application's data or uninstall the application.
MaxxOS is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your information.
Your account is protected through secure authentication, and communication with Supabase, RevenueCat, Google Play Billing, and OpenRouter uses encrypted connections where applicable.
Although we work to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access your account information
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your account
Request deletion of account-related information
Withdraw consent where applicable
You may exercise these rights using the options available within the application or by contacting the Developer.
