Terms of Service

Take the time to read my terms thoroughly, as they’re subject to change at any time.
You’ve automatically agreed to my terms the moment you gave me the go and moreso when you paid.
All characters and settings must be fictional in nature.
I take PayPal only, paid upfront in USD. I do accept payment plans, but will only begin the commission once paid in full.
I do accept a trade of equal value. Ex: Buy me a 75$ game/model/fur/etc and in exchange, I’ll do one art or several that totals this 75$ value.
Commission/Trade can take several weeks before completion.
I reserve the right to decline any commission/trade requests that I'm not comfortable with.
Prices are base rate and may cost extra for complex designs/scenes.
While digital, several arts require me to go far for photography, get 3D models, and hunt references. My tools are varied.
Adult commissions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
I retain copyright over the commissioned arts. This includes me posting the arts & progress to my galleries, websites, and promotions. The commissioner can save, reupload, share, and print the art for personal use (wallpapers, icons, etc), provided that credit is given. The commissioner cannot sell the artwork or derivatives (shirts, phone cases, etc) to make a commercial profit out of it, unless agreed upon.
By ordering graphic violence and/or sexual content from me, the commissioner agrees that they are 18 or older. You cannot commission such arts for someone that’s underage.
The commissioner must provide clear reference images or detailed descriptions of what they’d like me to draw. You’re welcome to be specific about poses, mood, expressions, environment details, and canvas size.
I will do edits free of charge if something happens to be my mistake or if the commissioner doesn’t request major changes.

Canadian Criminal Code

Will draw

Humans, anthros, non-human animals, and alien creatures.
Plants, fungi, environments, cities, and alien places.
Original characters (OCs) & Fan characters (FCs). Note that I won't draw someone else's character without their knowledge and consent. There's a difference between Rocket Raccoon and a small time artist.
Worlds, planets, sceneries, and concepts.
Graphic violence, blood/gore, torture, sadism, cannibalism, murder, carcass, and death.
Nudity, masturbation, and sex scenes, which can include multiple partners.
A variety of sexual content such as feral, oral, tentacle, futa, etc. Kink and fetish lists vary.

Won't draw

IRL pets & IRL people. (Not something I'm comfortable with.)
Xenomorphs and overly complicated creatures. (Nothing wrong. I need practice for these.)
Anything for the use of cryptocurrency, blockchain, bitcoin, NFTs, and the likes.
Anything for the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Applications.
Self-harm, suicide, or incitement to suicide.
Racism, sexism, bullying, discrimination, mockery, and satire.
Politics, movements, Animal Rights, terrorism, religious extremism, and agendas, including symbols associated with said parties.
Underage pornography or suggestive works involving minors. Applicable to any species.
Incest, slave/chained, wound fucking, rape, non-consensual.
Inflation, vore, micro/shrinking, necrophilia, water sports, vomit, fart/queef, scat, crushing.
Anything involving Minecraft, Roblox, Elder Scrolls/Skyrim, Elden Ring, Fortnite, and World of Warcraft.
Any of these characters in sexual content.

Exceptions

Friends & Family may have exception to my rules since I personally know them. They'll have specific contracts.
Some folks may have a different agreement with me than the usual norm.

Why would I draw morally wrong and repulsive subjects?

Morally wrong isn't lawful wrong. What one society frowns upon may not be the case for another. It has to do with culture and norms.
What's repulsive to you may not be to someone else. There are plenty of things I cannot stand while others love them. It's important to keep an open mind.
IT'S FICTION. It's pseudoscience (garbage) to believe fiction directly affects reality the same way idiots think games cause mass shootings. Reality is infinitely more complex and amazing than this 1:1 oversimplification. Loving an evil murderer character doesn't mean that you support what they do or that you will defend real life murderers. Enjoying feral nsfw of canids doesn't mean someone wants to fuck a real dog. Etc. (Unless the person does state otherwise, then it's another story.) Fiction is meant to unleash the impossible.
A lot of abuse victims such as myself use/draw/write violent/sexual content as a coping mechanism since one has full control when it comes to their fictional world.
I live on disability since I cannot work due to certain diagnoses. Being poor sucks. Every bits of money is helpful.
