If you want a dedicated, ultra-lightweight in-ear solution designed for deep sleep and focused audio isolation on the go, choose MAXROCK Noise Isolating Sleeping; if you need a high-volume replacement set to optimize the fit and sound isolation of your existing Beats earbuds for DJ mixing or gaming sessions, choose AYNSRTN 9.
• MAXROCK Noise Isolating Sleeping: Offers a complete, single-piece wireless-ready unit with a unique all-silicone design for maximum comfort during sleep; the trade-off is its limited cord length and reliance on a wired connection for power.
• AYNSRTN 9: Provides a massive 9-pair value pack of premium silicone tips specifically engineered for Beats earbuds to enhance noise isolation and stability; the trade-off is that it is purely an accessory and requires compatible headphones to function.
• Who it's for: MAXROCK fits the sleeper who needs total silence without bulk, while AYNSRTN fits the audio enthusiast looking to upgrade their current setup for better seal and comfort.
The MAXROCK unit stands out immediately because of its construction philosophy. This isn't just a pair of earbuds; it is a single, unified device built around an "incredible soft silicone" house that wraps directly into the ear canal. If you are a DJ who needs to monitor tracks late at night or travel on long flights where a bulky over-ear headset is impractical, this design solves the problem of physical interference. The ergonomic double-layer noise isolating earpads are explicitly rated to block out ambient noise like snores, conversations, and machine hums, creating a private listening bubble that is essential for focus.
From a technical standpoint, the MAXROCK utilizes 5mm dynamic drivers to deliver what they describe as crisp and crystal-clear sound across a wide range of music styles. While the driver size is small compared to professional studio monitors, the sensitivity rating of 103 dB suggests it can produce clear audio even with modest volume levels, reducing the strain on your hearing. The frequency response spans from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, covering the full spectrum of human hearing. For a DJ setting up a quiet practice session or needing to isolate specific frequencies while resting, this range ensures you aren't missing the low-end thump or the high-end detail. The impedance is listed at 16 ohms, meaning these units play easily off standard smartphones and portable audio players without needing a dedicated amplifier.
However, there are distinct limitations to consider before buying. The cord length is fixed at 120mm (4.7 inches), which makes it a short-cord device intended for direct connection to a phone or tablet rather than a long-distance wireless experience. While the product mentions Bluetooth connectivity in the additional details, the primary control mechanism relies on the included microphone for call management and media control on iPhone and Android devices. You also get a protective zipper carrying case, which is excellent for keeping the unit safe in a backpack, but the lack of a battery or wireless transmitter means you must always have a device nearby. This product is best suited for someone who prioritizes the physical sensation of wearing something "almost nothing" over the convenience of untethered movement. If you need to run a marathon or dance vigorously, the short cord might be a hindrance, but for stationary listening, meditation, or sleeping, the secure fit is unmatched.

The AYNSRTN 9 enters the conversation not as a standalone headphone, but as a specialized tool for upgrading the performance of specific hardware. This is a 9-pair replacement set of silicone ear tips designed exclusively for the Beats Studio Buds and Beats Fit Pro. If you are a DJ who relies on Beats earbuds for cueing tracks or monitoring beats, the stock tips often fail to provide the tight acoustic seal necessary for accurate bass response and noise cancellation. The AYNSRTN tips address this by offering three distinct sizes—Small (11mm), Medium (13mm), and Large (15mm)—allowing you to find the perfect anatomical match that maximizes isolation. This is crucial for any audio professional who needs to hear the subtle nuances in a mix without being distracted by external chatter.
What sets this product apart is the sheer volume of the package. Getting nine pairs of tips means you can rotate them throughout the week, ensuring you always have a fresh, clean tip for every use. The material is described as durable, elastic silicone that resists wear and is easy to clean, which is vital for hygiene when sharing gear or using them intensely during long DJ sets. The bowl-shaped design is specifically engineered to reduce background distractions, keeping music, calls, and podcasts clear even in noisy environments like a busy studio or a crowded venue. This level of focused listening is what separates a casual listener from a working professional. The inclusion of a cleaning kit further underscores the intent for daily, heavy-duty use where hygiene and maintenance are paramount.
However, you cannot buy this product expecting a new set of headphones. It is strictly an accessory. If you do not own compatible Beats models, this product is useless to you. It does not work with Powerbeats Pro, Beats X, or urBeats, so compatibility is non-negotiable. Furthermore, while the tips improve the fit and isolation, they do not change the internal drivers or the battery life of your earbuds. They simply make the interface between your ear and the speaker more efficient. This makes it an ideal secondary purchase for someone who already owns Beats gear but finds the fit uncomfortable or the noise isolation insufficient for their specific workflow. It is a cost-effective way to extend the life and utility of your current equipment, provided you understand that it is an enhancement, not a replacement.
• Best for total isolation while sleeping: MAXROCK Noise Isolating Sleeping, due to its unique all-silicone body designed to stay put while lying on your side.
• Best for DJs needing a reliable backup supply: AYNSRTN 9, because having nine pairs allows for rotation and ensures you never miss a beat due to dirty or worn tips.
• Best for users with sensitive ears: MAXROCK, as the soft silicone house is marketed specifically for "all-day comfort" and gentle insertion.
• Best for enhancing existing Beats gear: AYNSRTN 9, since it is the only option that improves the seal and sound quality of those specific popular models.
• Best for portability and simplicity: MAXROCK, which comes with a zipper case and requires no pairing or charging, just a plug-in.
• Best for long-term durability and hygiene: AYNSRTN 9, given the large quantity allows for frequent replacement and the included cleaning tools.
• Best for immediate, plug-and-play audio: MAXROCK, as it connects directly via a 3.5mm jack with no complex setup.
• Best for customizable fit: AYNSRTN 9, offering three specific millimeter measurements to dial in the exact seal needed for different ear shapes.
In my opinion, if I were looking for the best bone conduction headphones for dj setups that prioritize isolation and comfort during rest, I would lean toward the MAXROCK for its singular purpose and unique design. However, for the vast majority of professionals who already own quality earbuds and need to ensure a perfect seal for critical listening, the AYNSRTN 9 is the smarter investment. As a DJ, having a fresh, perfectly fitting tip can mean the difference between hearing a sub-bass drop clearly or losing it to leakage. The 9-pair value of the AYNSRTN set offers unparalleled utility for maintaining that critical acoustic seal day after day. I recommend the AYNSRTN 9 for its ability to transform a standard pair of earbuds into a high-performance tool, whereas the MAXROCK is a niche solution for sleepers. Both serve the market well, but the versatility of the replacement tips makes the AYNSRTN 9 the more practical choice for a serious audio user.
Neither product is a wireless headset designed for children. The MAXROCK is a wired in-ear unit for adults, and the AYNSRTN 9 is a replacement part for adult-sized Beats earbuds.
The MAXROCK uses a proprietary double-layer silicone structure to physically block ambient noise like snoring, while the AYNSRTN 9 improves isolation by providing a tighter, custom-fit seal on compatible Beats earbuds to reduce background distractions.
No, the MAXROCK model relies on a wired 3.5mm connection and does not contain a battery, whereas the AYNSRTN 9 is a passive accessory that requires no power source at all.
