No. As mentioned above all tokens are earned either by staking, inviting others to join you or winning prizes in the FREE Pool lotteries. Of course, you can always buy WESA Tokens on the Waves exchange at the Market Value, but please, never below the Guaranteed Minimum Value(GMV).
