I've realized that all I want in life is to be wise when I'm older and the best way to get there is to "do more". "Do more" has become my north star and is the basis of many of my core values and philosophies:
Travel - I've found that the fastest way to self-growth is novel experience and traveling acts as one of the best catalysts for that.
Effort - I learned from a young age that the best experiences in life come when your mind & body are stretched to their limits in order to achieve something.
Homeostasis - If you want to be happier, or get more done in life, then stay out of your comfort zone. This will raise your bar of rigor. "If you want something done, give it to someone busy", is a quote my mom used to always say.
Ebb and Flow - "If you want to get more done, slow down" is something I heard from a very accomplished man while in Costa Rica. You'll never get ahead if you're burnt out from trying to stay in flow, and everyone burns out.
