I am a philosopher specializing in metaphysics, currently engaged in postdoctoral research at the University of Siegen. Before that, I completed my PhD at the University of Gothenburg and even before that held a position at the University of Bonn.
My primary focus is metaphysics, where I explore fundamental questions about the nature of reality and existence. I find particularly puzzling how things exist in time, what time even is, whether entities can be fundamentally dynamic, and the more general interconnection of metaphysics and the sciences. These topics are also reflected in my teaching portfolio, which includes general metaphysics, philosophy of time, philosophy of science, and philosophy of mathematics.
