Achievements:

- Worked at a major international company and developed startup projects on YouTube together with the producers from scratch to 800 thousand subscribers;

- Lead a team of animators, directed successful videos, gaining more than 2 million views per year;

- Built teams for startups from scratch out of animators at junior level, many of whom I trained to middle and senior levels;

- Managed a team of 11 animators located around the world, living in different time zones and with different cultures, religions, races, genders and gender identities. In addition, I have interacted with and indirectly managed the work of illustrators, riggers, and storyboarders;

- Increased the number of video publications per week by a factor of 2 by creating more animation-friendly character rigs and recommendations for animators to simplify and speed up animation without losing quality;

- Wrote over 10 training articles for my teams in confluence;

- My experience of creating animations for YouTube and working in the sphere of YouTube is more than 5 years.
