Welcome on my home page!
I graduated in 2020 with a PhD from the University of Montpellier and I am currently a post-doc at CEREGE (Aix-en-Provence).
My background makes me a structural geologist, but I am interested in all disciplines whose goal is to understand the dynamics of the Earth, from the seismic cycle to the construction of reliefs.
My research focuses on active faults and orogenic systems, from the seismic time scale to that of plate tectonics. My projects are based on convergence settings such as subduction orogens (Sicily) or collisional systems (Tibetan Plateau, Tian Shan, Croatia). The main sources of data I rely on come from geological observations (fieldwork, published maps), geodesy and remote sensing measurements (InSAR, Optical Image correlation, GNSS, Digital Elevation Models), Quaternary datations (cosmogenic nuclides, OSL) and geophysical signals (gravimetry, seismic imagery, subsurface geophysics). To understand the mechanics and dynamics of the deformation at different scales I perform analogue and numerical models.
