Max Diegel

Welcome!

I am postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Econometrics and Statistics of Universität zu Köln. I earned my Ph.D. in Economics from Freie Universität (FU) Berlin and the German Institute of Economic Research (DIW Berlin) Graduate Center.

During my PhD,  I have been working in the research project "The Anchoring of Inflation Expectations" at the chair of Econometrics at FU as a doctoral researcher and at the Prices and Costs Division of the ECB as a PhD Trainee.

My research focuses on applied macroeconometrics, Bayesian methods and the interactions between inflation expectations and monetary policy.
