I operated cameras and set up broadcasting equipment covering Football and basketball at the University of Idaho, Washington State University, and Gonzaga.
I helped with the setup and coordination of two Washington State University Commencement Ceremonies, operating the teleprompter for the livestream broadcast team. I troubleshooted and diagnosed technical problems, working with the crew.
As a camera operator and production assistant for the Murrow Symposium Live Stream, I worked with Ethernet PTZ cameras and Canon Cine cameras to help cover a live event with multiple panels. I also helped light and set an MSNBC live shot for one of the keynote speakers.
Murrow News 8 is a student-run newscast for Washington State University that I participated in as a student and a teacher's assistant. I ran several newscasts as Director, Audio, Graphics, Server, Floor Director, Camera Operator, and live shot. I also helped create packages with reporters that were aired on the program. This gave me the opportunity to learn broadcast production in a live studio environment.
