If you are unaware of a time, you can make various body graphs 6 hours apart to use as a source of comparison, for example 12 hours is normally a difference of 1-9 gates, which is about 15%-20% difference in energy expressed, how ever the fundamental type is usually the same.

The only Variation i have noticed is planetary influence, like on one chart mars has less influence, the desgin energy will be more shy, but on a chart with more mars there will be profiles of heretic instead of martyr.
