Our Rally car

Our Subaru Rally car has been built completly by Sam and the team at Woolgoola Service Centre.

It was one of the original Subaru RS Challenge cars first owned by Nathan Davis from Victoria.

During the Cooper Pale Ale Rally South Australia in 2004, it suffered from a significant accident, which put the car out of competition, however, some 17 years later, and completly rebuilt, here she is again in the forest.

It now has a Subaru EZ30 H6 Engine, the first conversion completed in Australia under the new 2025 PRC rules. This new engine is a 3L Six cylinder from a Subaru Outback, which has been completely rebuilt to new condition. The Engine Management is by state of the art EmTron KV8, wired in house, and tuned by SMW tuning in Brisbane.

The driveline is a close ratio STI 6 speed transmission, with a 20kg centre diff and plated Cusco Limited Slip front and rear diffs.

Suspension is DMS 50mm, with WRX 4 piston front, 2 piston rear and FRCN Brake pads.
