⋆ You do not hold the right to draw my designs to promote bigotry or hate. Do not draw NSFW art of feral designs. Do not use my designs for AI and NFTs.
⋆ You hold the right to resell/retrade my designs for the same value you obtained them for + any additional worth you or others have added. I.E the original design is worth $50 USD but you've added $50 USD in art, making it worth $100 USD.
⋆ If you were gifted my design or obtained it in a raffle, it can ONLY be regifted. Do not sell OCs that you've obtained for free.
⋆ You hold the right to accept vouchers, trades and co-ownership at your own risk! I cannot be held responsible or compensate for lost designs from unsafe trades.
⋆ You hold the right to the character once obtained, meaning you can do what you want with it. You can use the design commercially, redesign, or genderswap. All alternative versions of a character must stay with the original design and I must be credited for the original design. Alternative designs cannot be sold off as separate characters. You cannot use my art commercially without talking to me first.
⋆ You do not hold the right to remove the character from Toyhou.se. If the character is deleted, I hold the right to reclaim the design.  I request to be authorized designed being privated so I can keep track of the designs.
