Mawasim Al Muslim (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an Islamic seasons planning app designed to help users view Hijri calendar information, Islamic occasions, Ramadan planning tools, reminders, share cards, widgets, and related educational content.
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses, how it is handled, and what choices you have.
Mawasim Al Muslim is designed as a local-first app. The App does not require account creation, does not display advertisements, and does not use a backend server for user accounts or cloud storage.
The App may store preferences and planning data locally on your device, such as language selection, Hijri calendar offset, reminders, checklist progress, personal notes, and card settings.
We do not require you to create an account.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, address, contacts, precise location, payment card details, or account credentials.
We do not sell personal data.
We do not use advertising SDKs.
We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, if none are present in the App build.
The App may store the following information locally on your device:

Reminder preferences
Saved reminder records
Checklist progress

Islamic year planning progress
Personal notes you enter inside the App
Card design preferences
Widget display preferences
This information is stored locally to make the App work properly and to preserve your settings between sessions.
The App may request permission to send notifications.
Notifications are used only to remind you about Islamic occasions, Ramadan planning items, or reminders that you choose to activate.
The App does not request notification permission at launch. Notification permission is requested only when you choose to use reminder features.
You can manage or disable notifications at any time from your device settings.
The App may request Calendar access only when you choose to add an Islamic occasion, Ramadan date, or Hijri year planning event to Apple Calendar.
Calendar access is used only for the action you select. The App does not read your personal calendar events for advertising or profiling.
Hijri and Gregorian dates shown in the App are for educational and planning purposes and may vary by country, moon sighting, and local announcements.
The App may request permission to save images to your Photos library only when you choose to save a share card.
The App does not access your photo library for unrelated purposes.
Mawasim Al Muslim may offer optional premium features through Apple in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
Subscription management, cancellation, billing, and refunds are handled through Apple and your Apple account settings.
The App may share limited local display data with its widgets, such as Hijri date, next occasion, or Ramadan countdown information.
This is used only to display relevant information on your Home Screen or Lock Screen widgets.
The App provides educational and planning information. It is not a religious ruling source and does not replace qualified scholars, official religious authorities, or local announcements.
Hijri dates and Islamic occasions may vary by country, moon sighting, and local announcements. Users should verify official local dates when needed.
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, reset it through the App if such option is available, or uninstall the App.
Because the App is local-first and does not provide user accounts, we generally cannot recover deleted local data.
The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

The App uses Apple services such as StoreKit, notifications, widgets, Calendar, and Photos permissions where applicable.
Apple may process certain information according to Apple’s own privacy policies and App Store terms.
We aim to keep the App simple and privacy-conscious by storing user planning data locally on the device.
No method of digital storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but the App is designed to avoid unnecessary collection of personal data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or App Store requirements.
The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
