By downloading, accessing, or using Mawasim Al Muslim (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Mawasim Al Muslim is an Islamic seasons planning app. It provides Hijri calendar information, Islamic occasion reminders, Ramadan planning tools, share cards, widgets, Apple Calendar integration, and related educational content.
The App is designed for educational, organizational, and planning purposes.
The App does not provide religious rulings, legal opinions, or official religious announcements.
The content is general educational and planning information. It does not replace qualified scholars, official religious authorities, mosques, local moon-sighting committees, or official government announcements.
Users should consult qualified scholars or official local sources when they need a religious ruling or official date confirmation.
Hijri dates, Islamic occasions, Ramadan dates, Eid dates, and related Gregorian dates may vary by country, moon sighting, calculation method, and local announcements.
Dates shown in the App are provided for planning and educational purposes and may be estimated.
You are responsible for verifying official dates in your country or local community when accuracy is required.
The App may include features such as:

Reminders
Share cards
Widgets
Apple Calendar integration
Premium features through in-app purchases
We may update, change, improve, remove, or limit features at any time.
The App may offer optional premium features through Apple in-app purchases, auto-renewable subscriptions, or lifetime purchases.
Available plans may include monthly, yearly, and lifetime options depending on the App Store configuration.
Prices are shown inside the App using Apple StoreKit and may vary by country, currency, tax rules, and App Store region.
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel it through your Apple account settings before the renewal date.
Subscription management, cancellation, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple.
You can manage subscriptions from your Apple account settings.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
If a lifetime purchase is available, it provides a one-time unlock of the included premium features for the supported version of the App, subject to these Terms and App Store rules.
Lifetime access does not guarantee that every future unrelated product, separate app, or external service will be included.
If you reinstall the App or change devices, you may use the restore purchases option where available.
Restore functionality depends on Apple StoreKit and the Apple account used for the original purchase.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
We do not directly process App Store refunds.
The App may allow you to enter personal notes, checklist progress, reminders, or planning preferences.
This data is generally stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up or preserving any information that is important to you.
If you delete the App or reset local data, your local notes or planning progress may be lost.
The App may request permission for notifications, Calendar access, or Photos access only when you choose to use related features.
Notifications are used for reminders you select.
Calendar access is used when you choose to add Islamic occasions or planning events to Apple Calendar.
Photos access is used when you choose to save a share card.
You can manage these permissions in your device settings.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful purposes, or attempt to access features without authorization.
The App, its design, interface, content structure, graphics, text, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ALILOU DIGITAL LTD, except where third-party rights apply.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App or its content without permission, except as allowed by law.
The App may allow you to create and share Islamic occasion cards or planning cards.
You are responsible for how you share generated cards. You should not use the App to create or distribute misleading, harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We aim to provide a useful and reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user’s personal or religious needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALILOU DIGITAL LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on estimated dates, missed reminders, device issues, local permission settings, or user interpretation of educational content.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom license agreement is provided.
Apple is not responsible for the App’s content, support, maintenance, or claims, except as required by applicable App Store terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
