Ph.D. Candidate in Public Policy (Economics track) at Duke University.
Fields: Economics of Education; Public Economics
Objective: Having served as a teaching assistant for three years during my Ph.D. program and having experienced education from a student's perspective throughout my extensive academic journey, I have developed a deep enthusiasm for teaching. I enjoy seeing students grow their knowledge, engage critically with the material, and connect what they learn in the classroom to real-world applications. As an instructor teaching undergraduate or master's students concepts in the economics of education or public economics, I aim to foster students' intellectual growth through thoughtfully designed assignments, challenging reading material, and dynamic classroom discussions. I am committed to creating an inclusive and safe environment where students are encouraged to engage in rigorous academic work and are empowered to apply their insights outside the classroom.
