Maverick Signature Notary and its associates are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Nothing in this information is intended nor should it be considered legal advice. This includes providing or preparing documents on your behalf. Before your appointment, you should consult with an attorney for legal questions and to ensure you have the correct document for your situation.

Service Fees & Payment Policy

All notaries in the State of Texas must comply with state law regarding notary fees. Every time we apply the notary stamp, we can charge $6, plus our travel fees. There may be some additional fees if you need us to provide witnesses for documents, or add additional signers. We encourage our customers to contact us prior to your appointment so we have a full understanding of your needs and we can quote you an exact price.

Payments must be paid through our secure online payment platform. For traditional and mobile notarial service, an invoice will be emailed to the customer before the final notarial act is completed.

Discounts

We're honored to give a 20% discount to active duty, and retired military personnel, and first responders.

Proof of ID is required. This offer excludes remote online notarization and loan signing services. Twenty percent will be deducted from the notarial service fee. All other fees, such as the travel fee will not be discounted.

Private Policy

Your privacy is important to us. It is Maverick Signature Notary's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, and other sites we own and operate.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
