Trash bags and cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink.
Dispose of food scraps in the compost container beside the kitchen sink toย avoid insects.
Please use the provided trash bins in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Separate recyclables in separate recycle basket.
Place full trash bags on the front porch in front of garage. Ensure they are sealed to prevent trash from littering the neighborhood.
Laundry is available at the local vendor next door.
The roof terrace is yours to enjoy. Please be safe due to the height of the terrace. Do not let children on terrace unattended.ย
Please be mindful of noise, especially at night.
Clean up after using the outdoor kitchenette.
Always lock doors and windows when you leave the house.
Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located [location, e.g., under the kitchen sink].
Do not smoke in the house. There will be a 10,000php charge if you smoke in the house. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please use ashtrays provided.
Local cable is available for viewing. Streaming can be done with an HDMI cable only connected to your device. ย ย
Extra sheets and towels are in the cabinet in the hall between the two bedrooms.ย
A broom, mop, and basic cleaning supplies are provided.
Do not flush paper or non-biodegradable objects down the toilets.ย
If you need extra cleaning during your stay, please contact the house manager (additional fee may apply).
Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
No parties or unregistered overnight guests.ย
