Official rules: 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES, D.C., AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

To participate in the sweepstakes, you must be over 13 years old with parents’/guardians’ approval. If you are under the age of an adult, your parent or legal guardian must claim the prize and sign all necessary paperwork. If a selected winner is a resident of Canada, they must be able to correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question within 3 attempts before being confirmed as a winner, or a new winner will be selected. This Sweepstakes explicitly excludes residents of Quebec.

How to Enter:

Participants can do one of the following to enter.

One (1) entry per post on the Fuze app that talks about an interesting/entertaining/cool moment/fact/anecdote about the pink little Kirby we all know and love. The post must contain the hashtag #Kirby and tags @MattLong6.

One (1) entry per 50 points redeems during MattLong6 - Gaming’s Livestreams while the sweepstakes is open.

Five (5) entries if the participant is “Subscribed” on Twitch to MattLong6 at the time of the drawing.

Five (5) entries if the participant is a  “Member” on YouTube to MattLong6 - Gaming.

For the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE), participants can fill out this web form for 5 entries per time filled out. https://forms.gle/EruDcEscEgqA9ifn9 (Automatic or scripted entries will be seen as abuse and thrown out.)

Participants can earn a maximum of 15 entries, regardless of which method is used to enter the sweepstakes.

Sponsor Information: This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Fuze, YouTube, Twitch, or Google. Participants are providing their information to MattLong6 - Gaming and not to these platforms. Participants must follow Terms of Service for all platforms used.

Eligibility: Residents of the USA and Canada (excluding Quebec)

Entry Period: 12:00am on November 10, 2025, to 9:00 pm on November 15, 2025 (EST Timezone)

Prize: The winner will receive a Kirby Air Riders Game (a $69.99 value).

Winner Selection: Participants' names will be put on a wheel of names, if a participant has more than 1 entry they will be put on the wheel more than 1 time.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by a video posted on YouTube. The Winner will have 24 hours to claim their prize by direct messaging MattLong6 on Fuze, Discord, or email. If the winner does not claim within 24 hours, they forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected. (If the winner is a Canadian, they will have an additional 24 hours after initial contact to answer the Math question.)

Personal information: Personal information collected from entrants will be used only for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes and selecting the winner. We will not sell your information.

General Conditions and Releases: By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Participants and winner(s) agree to release and hold harmless MattLong6 Gaming, Fuze, YouTube, Twitch, Google, and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, and advertising/promotion agencies from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with their participation in the sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of any prize awarded, or any travel or prize-related activity.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, and/or entry information for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
