Rome Economics Doctorate
I am a 4th year PhD student in the Rome Economics Doctorate, jointly run by EIEF, LUISS, and the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
I combine theory and empirics to study how competition shapes the way firms behave, especially in how they invest in people and products. My research bridges Industrial Organization and Labor Economics, focusing on training, skill development, and market power.
In my ongoing work, I explore how labor market dynamics and financial constraints influence firms’ human capital investment decisions. At the same time, I examine how firm behavior affects competition, consumer welfare, and antitrust policy.
