I am an assistant teaching professor in the School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at Arizona State University. Previously, I was a postdoc at the University of Notre Dame, and before that I was a graduate student at Purdue University. I received my PhD in 2022, under the advisement of Bernd Ulrich. My thesis can be found here.
My research interests lie in commutative algebra. More specifically, I am interested in the study of Rees algebras of ideals and modules, along with their applications to algebraic geometry and other aspects of commutative algebra. Moreover, I am interested in the applications of Rees algebras and syzygy techniques to implicitization problems arising in the applied sciences.
