Hi! I'm a maths researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in Bonn. From October 2026 I am looking for work. Until recently I was a PhD student at Lancaster University in the UK; my supervisor was Jonny Evans.

In my mathematical career I'm primarily interested in questions relating to the symplectic geometry/topology of algebraic varieties.

Outside of work you will likely find me climbing the nearest local maximum of the z-coordinate either on foot or on 2-wheels.
