Throughout this portfolio, I've explained how many experiences have allowed me to develop or enact my position as an engineer, based on my values of discipline & diligence, curiosity & learning, teamwork and simplicity, through the lens of a range of CTMFs. My position and approach are always evolving, and one part of my position that I would like to practice enacting more is my value of simplicity. I only realized the true importance of simplicity quite recently, and still have limited experience in actually incorporating simplicity into my work. This is a skill that I aim to develop in future engineering design projects.
