Welcome to my website! I am a third-year PhD student in the Economics Department at Bocconi University. Before that, I obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Bologna.

I am a macroeconomist, and in my research I focus primarily on the interplay between short-run dynamics and long-run outcomes

I am working on the interaction between competition and monetary policy, showing that the optimal design of the central bank depends on the strength of product-market competition. I am also studying the two-way interaction between creative destruction, income risk, and long-run growth.
