Hi, welcome to my webpage!
I am a Visiting Professor of Accounting at the Goethe University Frankfurt for the 2026-2027 academic year, and Postdoctoral Researcher in Accounting at the Erasmus School of Economics (Erasmus University Rotterdam) since September 2025 (currently on leave). I hold a PhD in Management (track in Accounting) at the University of Bologna. During 2023–2024, I spent an academic semester as a visiting PhD at the Erasmus School of Economics.
My research focuses on the role of reporting regulation in shaping corporate decision-making. In particular, I am interested in the real effects of regulatory changes in accounting standards, and how disclosure and reporting rules influence firm behavior, resource allocation, and ultimately market outcomes.
In addition to my research, I enjoy leading an active lifestyle. I practice boxing, bouldering, and other sports.
