Matthew Barros

Welcome! My name is Matthew Barros, and I am currently a Full-time Lecturer in the Department of Linguistics at Yale. I received my PhD in 2014 from Rutgers University (a link to my thesis is available under the research tab). My primary interests lie in the interfaces between syntax, semantics, and pragmatics, with a focus on ellipsis, interrogatives, and copular clauses. A sample of my output is available under the research tab. To learn more about my work, please see my CV.
