Welcome! My name is Matthew Barros, and I am currently a Lecturer in Linguistics at Washington University. I received my PhD in 2014 from Rutgers University (a link to my thesis is available under the research tab). My primary interests lie in the interfaces between syntax, semantics, and pragmatics, with a focus on ellipsis, interrogatives, and copular clauses.
