Time Reporting Dashboards
Managers needed a way to see how many employees did not submit time cards. A time series was created using custom SQL and a "calendar" table to identify the missing time cards (top portion).
Employees entered time by initiative and work type, and it was important to know what initiatives booked the most time as well as what type of work employees were doing. Employees spent a great deal of time in meetings and on administrative tasks, which prompted discussion with teams to see if all of the meetings were necessary (bottom portion).

Doctor spend by cost category
Hospital leaders needed a consolidated reporting system to help normalize costs across service lines and DRG's for facilities, markets and the overall organization.
Doctor averages for each of the cost categories were compared to the market they were associated with as an overall average for a selected reporting period, as well as a monthly average for the same period.

Many leaders wanted a quick summary on how many people were using Tableau Server. This dashboard was designed to show user count, number of sites, number of users publishing content, as well as the most popular views and distinct user count by month.
Tableau Server Usage by Project and View
Product owners and management needed a way to see usage performance on published dashboards. This dashboard was built to show distinct user counts by week, month, Active Directory domain, as well as distinct user views and view counts by quarter to see which views were most consumed.
Tableau Server Group Membership
Many Tableau Server users setup as Interactors or Publishers needed a way to see users in each of the Tableau Server groups for a site. This dashboard accomplished this and provided a maintenance history. Users also used this to download email addresses to send communications about dashboard updates.
