About me

My name is Matthew, but people usually just call me Matt. In July 2025, I joined the Chemistry Department at Brown University as an Assistant Professor. Please also check out my new website for the group.

Broadly speaking, I am a theoretical scientist working on problems near the intersection of quantum chemistry, condensed matter physics, and quantum information science. I am particularly interested in using advanced computational methods to understand static and dynamical properties of interacting quantum many-body systems.
