このポリシーは、iPhone／iPad用の祭り太鼓（Matsuri Taiko）に適用されます。
祭り太鼓にアカウント登録はありません。練習設定、読み込んだ音源とループ作品は端末内に保存します。YouTube動画の状態を確認するために、専用のサーバーを利用します。
鼓や地打ちの音量、テンポ、リズム、選択したYouTube動画IDなどの設定を、次回の練習に使うために端末内へ保存します。「伴奏」から読み込んだ伴奏音源と、その名前などの再生に必要な情報も、アプリの私有領域へ保存します。音源の変換と再生は端末内で行い、アプリは読み込んだ音源を開発者やYouTubeへアップロードしません。マイクによる録音は行いません。
「合わせ」の作品には、作品名、テンポ、小節数、鼓の種類、各打撃の相対的なタイミングと音量、トラックごとの音量・ミュート、地打ち伴奏の設定を保存します。これらは画面での演奏操作を記録したイベントデータであり、マイクの録音ではありません。名前を付けて保存した作品、現在の作品の自動保存用の下書き、読み込めない下書きを元の内容のまま保管したファイルは、アプリの私有領域に保存します。アプリはこれらを開発者やYouTubeへアップロードしません。
ループから生成するWAVは、端末内で合成して一時キャッシュに保存します。キャッシュは端末バックアップの対象外で、アプリやシステムが削除する場合があります。共有画面で保存先や送信先を選ぶのは利用者です。共有・保存したコピーは、その保存先やサービスの方針に従って扱われます。名前付き作品、下書きと保管ファイルは通常の端末バックアップの対象となるよう保存します。実際のバックアップは端末設定、保存状態とサービスに依存し、アプリが完了を保証するものではありません。
iCloudなどのファイル提供元からの取得や、端末のバックアップは、利用しているサービスと端末設定に従います。アプリが音源をアップロードしないことは、これらのサービスによる同期やバックアップが行われないことを意味しません。
オンライン練習はYouTube APIサービスの埋め込みプレーヤーを使います。YouTube機能を利用する前に、このポリシーに同意してください。YouTube機能の利用には、YouTube利用規約が適用され、その利用により同規約に同意することになります。
プレーヤーには、YouTubeのプライバシー強化モード（youtube-nocookie.com）を使います。このモードでは、埋め込み動画の視聴はYouTubeでの閲覧や外部の広告のパーソナライズに使われず、表示される広告はパーソナライズされません。ただし、通信や情報の取り扱いがなくなるわけではありません。
プレーヤーの読み込みや利用時にはGoogle／YouTubeへ通信が発生します。Googleは、IPアドレス、端末・ブラウザの識別情報、動画の視聴や操作の情報などを扱い、Cookieなどを利用する場合があります。動画や広告を含むコンテンツはYouTubeから提供されます。取り扱いと保存期間はGoogleプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。開発者はGoogleが保持する情報を管理していません。
アプリはYouTubeのユーザー名やパスワードを求めず、Googleアカウントへのアクセス許可も要求しません。開発者は独自の広告・アクセス解析サービスを組み込んでいません。Googleの情報管理についてはGoogleアカウントをご利用ください。
YouTubeへの同意後、埋め込みプレーヤーを表示する前に、アプリは選択した11文字の動画IDを専用のGoogle Apps Scriptサービスへ送り、YouTube Data APIで公開状態、埋め込み可否、子ども向け設定を確認します。読み込んだ音源、ファイル名、練習設定、Googleアカウント情報はこのサービスへ送りません。動画の状態を確認できない場合、埋め込みプレーヤーは表示しません。
スクリプトからGoogleへ送るのは動画IDとAPIリクエストです。スクリプトは利用者ごとの視聴履歴や動画選択のログを作成せず、その要求処理には利用者のIPアドレスやブラウザのリクエストヘッダーは渡されません。公開動画の状態は、利用者と結び付けずに最長6時間キャッシュする場合があります。APIの使用量を制限するための合計要求数は保存しますが、利用者を識別するものではありません。配信基盤を運営するGoogleは、配信、セキュリティ、サービスの安定運用のために、IPアドレス、端末・ブラウザ情報、要求URL、日時、応答状態、処理時間などの通信情報を扱う場合があります。開発者はスクリプトの実行状態と処理時間を確認できます。Googleによる取り扱いと保存期間はGoogleプライバシーポリシーに従います。サポートとプライバシーのウェブページもGoogle Sitesで公開し、閲覧時の情報はGoogleの方針に従って取り扱われます。
練習設定と読み込んだ伴奏は、次回の練習で使えるよう保存されます。別の音源を正常に読み込むと、以前のアプリ内伴奏コピーが置き換わります。元のファイル提供元にある音源は変更しません。
名前付きループ作品は作品一覧から削除できます。自動保存用の下書きは現在の作品に合わせて更新され、保管した下書きはアプリ内に残ります。
端末の「Appを削除」で祭り太鼓を削除すると、アプリ内の設定、伴奏コピー、ループ作品、自動保存用の下書き、保管した下書き、一時WAVとWebプレーヤーのローカルデータが削除されます。「Appを取り除く」はデータを残す操作です。共有・保存済みのWAVなど、アプリの外へ出したコピーはAppの削除では削除されません。保存先で管理してください。バックアップ内のコピーはバックアップ提供元で管理してください。Googleが保存した情報はGoogleの設定と手続きで管理してください。YouTubeを利用しなくても、鼓の演奏、地打ち、読み込み済み伴奏とループを使えます。

「祭り太鼓について」でYouTubeへの同意を撤回できます。埋め込みプレーヤーが閉じ、YouTubeを再び使う前に同意が必要になります。同意の選択は端末内に保存します。練習設定、読み込んだ伴奏、ループ作品や下書き、Googleやホスティング事業者が既に保持している情報を削除する操作ではありません。
情報の取り扱いを変更するときは、このページを更新します。

This policy applies to Matsuri Taiko for iPhone and iPad.
Matsuri Taiko has no account registration. Practice preferences, imported audio and loop projects are stored on your device. A dedicated server is used to check the status of YouTube videos.
The app stores practice preferences on your device, including drum and jiuchi volume, tempo, rhythm and the selected YouTube video ID. Audio imported from Backing and the information needed to play it, such as its name, are retained in the app's private storage. Audio conversion and playback happen locally. The app does not upload imported audio to the developer or YouTube and does not record from the microphone.
Loop projects retain their name, tempo, bar count, drum types, relative hit timing and gain, track volume and mute settings, and jiuchi accompaniment settings. These are events recorded from your performance on the screen, not microphone recordings. Named projects, the current project's automatic draft and unchanged copies preserved when a draft cannot be read are stored in the app's private storage. The app does not upload them to the developer or YouTube.
WAV exports are synthesized on your device and placed in a temporary cache. This cache is excluded from device backups and may be removed by the app or system. You choose any destination or recipient in the share sheet; copies you share or save follow that destination's or service's policies. Named projects, drafts and preserved draft files are stored with normal device-backup eligibility. Actual backups depend on device settings, storage conditions and the service; the app does not guarantee that a backup completes.
Retrieval from file providers such as iCloud, and device backups, follow the services and device settings you use. The app's lack of an audio upload feature does not prevent those services from syncing or backing up files.
Online practice uses the YouTube API Services embedded player. You must agree to this policy before using YouTube features. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
The player uses YouTube Privacy Enhanced Mode (youtube-nocookie.com). In this mode, embedded video views do not personalize YouTube browsing or advertising outside the app, and any ads shown are non-personalized. This does not mean that no communication or data processing takes place.
Loading or using the player contacts Google/YouTube. Google may process IP addresses, device/browser identifiers and viewing activity, and use cookies. YouTube supplies the player content, including possible ads. See the Google Privacy Policy for its practices and retention. The developer does not control Google's records.
The app does not request YouTube usernames, passwords or authorization to access your Google account. The developer has added no separate advertising or analytics service. Manage Google's information through your Google Account.
After you consent to YouTube, and before displaying an embedded player, the app sends the selected 11-character video ID to a dedicated Google Apps Script service. It uses the YouTube Data API to check the video's availability, embedding permission and made-for-kids status. Imported audio, filenames, practice preferences and Google account information are not sent to this service. If the video status cannot be verified, the embedded player is not displayed.
The script sends the video ID and API request to Google. It does not create a per-user viewing history or log visitors' video selections. Its request handler does not receive visitors' IP addresses or browser request headers. Public video status may be cached for up to six hours without associating it with a user. Aggregate request counters are used to limit API usage; they do not identify visitors. Google operates the hosting infrastructure and may process network information such as IP addresses, device/browser information, requested URLs, timestamps, response status and execution timing for delivery, security and service reliability. The developer can view the script's execution status and timing. Google's handling and retention follow the Google Privacy Policy. Support and privacy web pages are published using Google Sites; information processed when visiting them also follows Google's policies.
Practice preferences and imported accompaniment remain available for later practice. Successfully importing another track replaces the previous accompaniment copy inside the app. The original file in your file provider is unchanged.
Named loop projects can be deleted from the project library. The automatic draft is updated to reflect your current project; preserved draft copies remain in app storage.
Using Delete App to remove Matsuri Taiko deletes the app's preferences, imported accompaniment copy, loop projects, automatic draft, preserved drafts, temporary WAV files and local web-player data. Offload App retains app data. Deleting the app does not delete copies shared or saved outside it, such as exported WAV files; manage them at their destination. Manage backup copies with your backup provider and information held by Google using Google's settings and procedures. Drumming, jiuchi, previously imported accompaniment and loops remain available without using YouTube.

You can withdraw YouTube consent in About Matsuri Taiko. This closes the embedded player and requires your agreement before using YouTube again. Your consent choice is stored on your device. This does not delete practice settings, imported accompaniment, loop projects, drafts or information already held by Google or hosting providers.
