Fee: The price listed on the Website by the Company for availing the E-Health Packages or Services.
Home Service: Sample collection services provided at the Customer’s registered address.
Order ID: A unique identification number issued upon booking an E-Health Package or Service.
Registration Process: The steps undertaken by a User to become a registered Customer, as detailed in Clause 6.
Services: Healthcare and diagnostic services provided by the Company, as outlined in Clause 3.2.
User: Any individual who accesses or uses the Website.
Interpretation:
References to the singular include the plural, and vice versa.
Terms indicating gender include all genders.
References to statutory provisions include amendments, modifications, and re-enactments.
Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
Use of the Website is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws. If you do not meet these criteria, you must not access or use the Website or its Services.
By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

With Registration and Fee Payment:
Upon successful registration and payment of applicable Fees, Customers may:
View detailed information about E-Health Packages and offers
Book one or more E-Health Packages
Opt for Home Service (where available)
Receive communications, including Order ID, package details, and confirmation
Access diagnostic reports within the specified timeline
By clicking "Get Call Now", you authorize Matrix Diagnostic Centre to contact you using an automated calling system.
Other Conditions:
Services are non-transferable and valid only for the registered individual.
Bookings made before 4:00 PM on a working day will be confirmed on the same day; otherwise, they will be confirmed on the next business day.
Customers must present a valid photo ID, invoice copy, and Order ID during lab visits or sample collection.
Pre-test instructions provided on the Website must be followed for accurate results.
In the event of a conflict, package-specific terms will override general Terms of Use.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Services at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
You agree not to use the Website for any of the following:
Unlawful Activities:
Engaging in activities that violate Indian or international law.
Infringing upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Publishing defamatory, obscene, offensive, or abusive content.
Uploading or distributing false, misleading, or harassing information.
