Q-and-A with Kiara Slaton

Kiara Slaton is the president and founder of SheHoops Elite Women’s Basketball Club in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Slaton has earned several degrees from Tulane University, Texas A&M, Lynn University, and is a doctoral candidate in Sports Administration. I decided to interview Slaton because of her entrepreneurial impact on the industry of women’s sports in South Florida.
