My name is Mathieu "Matiboux" Guérin.
Basically, you could see me as a young web developer, but I'm also a web designer and a little artist who draws and wishes he could make some music or simple melodies.
What makes me special is that I tried many, many things, even if I suck at most of them. So in few words, I'm just a random kid like anyone. I'm just very curious.
I started to use computers while I was very young.
I always have played videos games a lot, that's why I got quickly curious and interested in how do we make them.
I tried to make some by myself but I was on my own, I wasn't working on it hard enough and I got problems with softwares I used.
I worked on some Arduino robots, and also with Processing.
Side note: I enjoyed Processing a lot because of its "creativity speed". I could create and then see what I made become real in only few seconds.
I started to make websites.
I began with basics: I learnt HTML/CSS, then I checked out PHP and finally JavaScript/jQuery. I really enjoyed doing that, for the same reasons as why I liked using Processing.
I made few projects on the web by myself, such as ImgShot, KeyGen. Using a computer, a basic web server and some documentations.
I also made my own PHP Framework: Oli.
I tried to make few game servers, such as Minecraft and Garry's Mod ones.
I was not so bad at it but working on my own, without any strong team with me, didn't allow me to make them grow up, and I quickly gave up.
I began to learn how to draw.
I've been insteresed in artwork since long time. I watching a lot of other artists' artworks and I tried to replicate as good as I could, then I began doing my own - very basics - artworks.
I really enjoyed it, and the furry fandom really inspired me, so I kept drawing furries since the beginning.
I also tried to make musics with FL Studio.
I didn't really know to use the software so I was pretty bad, it really sucks. Maybe I should take some time to learn how to properly use it.
